I own the domain cougarxing.com not sure if it's worth the time to develop.
Is cougar a good niche? What are some sponsors who have cougar sites? Whatcha think? Worth a blog at least? Who sells Cougar content? |

I would say yes that Cougars / MILFs is a popular niche simply because it gets a lot of mainstream attention.
