TechieMedia and Isprime nothing even comes close when looking for Quality.
Do a search for downtime or bad support before you make a decission. To me or anyone who is serious about their business, Quality is far more important than saving a few bucks.

If you need hand holding webair is probably the way to go, but if you know what you are doing don't go through an adult hosting company. The majority of them suck. I recommend Soft Layer.
