I need somebody who can handle marketing and help guide development of this sytem. I can handle ALL CODING. I want to take this system to the next level and honestly one man can't handle everything!

What I want is somebody who can help give me ideas of how to IMPROVE the system. Either through suggestions on tweaking how things are done or on what features should be added and how to implement them.

I do NOT have cash available anymore. Kid #3 is due next month and I am going broke FAST with various expenses and preparations. I will need somebody that would be capable of bring some money to the table too.

I want to basically just dig into coding and not worry about anything else. What I think needs to be focused on is adding some automated content and building community tools as well as some quick/easy layout variations. I have some plugins just about ready to roll out so I'm going to hold them until after i bring somebody in.
