GFY is awesome. You ask for honest help and you get guys saying "shove your legs in the air bitch".

Anyway, I teach ballroom dancing. Part of dancing is perfect posture. Most of ballroom students can't stand up straight to save their lives when they start, but by the time they taken 6 months of lessons they are 2 inches taller.

I too used to slouch. But after a few years of ballroom dancing, you couldn't catch me slouching ever. It's a whole new way of thinking when you really learn how to *properly* stand.

So why not take up ballroom dancing? It's fun, and it will teach you and give you practice in really standing up straight and forcing your back into correct posture.

Yeah you have to act like there is a string coming out of the top of your head pulling you up, and correct your posture.

I learned that in dance class back in high school. Posture is soooo important.
