I am independent and normally lean toward Republicans but Obama is getting my vote! He's just a much more intelligent all around person and McCain....well I don't have much to say good about McCain except that he was a war hero. Well, that's all fine and good. But he has no business running this country...none at all.

I don't like McCain, but the thought of Obama, Pelosi, and Reed running amock with this country is a nightmare, so I'm voting McCain.

.Actually, Already voted absentee, since I'll be traveling on election day

Eek you have everyone figured out. Especially since McCain nor his Alaskan arm candy would be able to do a damn thing with peoples income tax. No matter who wins, the Bush tax cut will expire.

I personally a voting on the following issues in no particular order.
Charter schools and perhaps private money in them.
Medical insurance issues.
How liked the person is in other countries, as being liked goes a long way.
Political leanings when it could come down to supreme court justices.
Net neutrality and even an understanding of the Internet.
Educational achievement.
Taxes on the upper lower class and those below them, as they provide most of my income and I also think there is really no more middle class as we had known it.
Feelings about conflicts and the use of diplomacy.
The persons temperament.
The VP choices since both would technically be at some risk.
