www.hard.fm click on the 192 wmp stream to get a feel of what i listen to when working, hard fm is btw the softer version of what i typically play during work, its usually old skool hardcore house also known as gabber house ;)

talk radio always - it used to be Howard Stern from 6-11 AM until he went to satellite - now I listen to local sports radio then Colin Cowherd and Jim Rome. It's background noise, occassionally something they're saying catches my attention and I listen.
