I've been searching google for a windows based program that does something like this:

Search and replace in txt, doc and html files and replace the found value with a value found in the same file.

For example search for and replace the NEWVALUE01 and NEWVALUE02 into these values that can be found within the same file:

        <td align="center"><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, 
 Helvetica, sans-serif">WHATEVER IS FOUND HERE REPLACES NEWVALUE01<a 
 href="freeporn/02.wmv"><img src="freeporn/02.jpg"
  
  
        <td align="center"><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, 
 Helvetica, sans-serif">WHATEVER IS FOUND HERE REPLACES NEWVALUE02<a 
 href="freeporn/04.wmv"><img src="freeporn/04.jpg"

Do not replace NEWVALUE0# with the complete html above, only whatever is found between them.

So far I didn't find anything. Anyone?

Dreamweaver can do it on both files and folders

That's with regular expressions, right? I don't know anything about regex and I tried that with notepad++. There is no easier program around?
