What kind of legal services would YOU need in your adult biz?
We're setting up a legal consulting service for webmasters and really need to know what kind of services would Adult webmasters be interested in.
From what I can tell, getting a site to go down due to content theft is one. Other would be possible 2257 inquiries and/or problem solving. What else? |

I don't do adult but I do consider it as just another form of web publishing. Web publishing's common legal issues are: copyright, contracts with providers, sales contracts, terms of service, privacy policy, DMCA issues, and other related issues.
