Dude, I told you last time we spoke I would take care of it. I also told you and the puppet master if you want to play the game, I'm down.

Read this next part carefully, I'm not going to repeat myself again....

I will deal with it when I feel safe to do so, and not before. You three want to act like you have some clue as to how the law and civil procedure works, then do your thing. I am confident I know, and until I get my end taken care of I am not moving forward. Trey wants to sue me, cool. You want to rip my ass constantly and act like I caouldn't possibly know what I am doing, no problem. Jim wants to play backseat driver, right on, but get your facts straight before you make an ass out of yourself Jason.

1. I rarely use ICQ, so if you've messaged me using it, you should have known better.
2. I don't usually listen to my voice mails. I get close to 30 messages a day. If my phone is on and I miss a call I just call the person right back directly.
3. I signed the paperwork and sent it back to you THAT DAY, the rest of the procedure sits in the hands of my attorney, which I have not gotten an answer back from yet.
4. I don't use that AIM account anymore, why would I if I know longer work for that company?
5. If I want to wish my ex-wife a happy birthday publicly, that's my fucking business. It is, regardless of other people's opinion, possible to have a heart that opens and closes sometimes, I hope one day you find that for yourself.

Now then, with that said, I don't babysit GFY anymore like some people. I won't be around all night feeding you and the trolls. I told you I would take care of it all, and when I am ready and comfortable I will do so.

I have taken a step back man, many many times. I got fucked over just as much as everyone else feels they did. You guys want to make threads and run your jibs in the background and I have been a nice guy and kept my mouth shut since it all started. I have faxed you the relevant documents that you need to satisfy what the law requires, all you are waiting for and will recieve from me is the hard copies of the tapes, which I had spread out all over since I moved. I have sent you many many packages and as I find more I send more. I held off the last week sending this last box because I found more tapes that*could* have been Skye property, but until I find the time to sit down and watch all of them I am not going to take a chance thay are or are not and have to ship another package.

The fact you felt like you needed to stick up for me for some reason wasn't necessary, then, or now. If any of you had any clue whatsoever it took to do what I did for all of you, and recognized I was doing the work of 10 people on a budget of one, you woulnd't have had to deal with any of that.

You couldnt send lia simple fucking receipts for your expenses... that is all she needed to get you the funding you needed to do your job and get paid, YOU EVEN ADMITTED THAT.

yep, even though i stayed away from most of it... i agree a lot of it was one sided, i spoke with arika on the phone for a few earlier on and she said theres more to the story but we didnt go into details... im sure there was now.

the strange thing is the way he just dissapeared, it was like everything was all good... then after a few days of not really communicating he just dissapeared and appeared REALLY bitter at everyone

claiming we put him in the position he was in, when in fact it wasn't really that at all. he stepped up and offered to do every job he was given... he overloaded his plate and that isn't our fault

I even had another job for him lined up so that he could quit all of the other stuff and sit at his desk and not have to be 'on the go' filming. I wanted to give him another shot because i really thought he wasn't a bad guy but just doing his thing and dealing with his personal issues.... I cc'd all of his email accounts with the info and nothing bounced back, yet he claims he never got any of them.

then the shit started hitting the fan and he didnt care to return any calls or anything (this was months ago)... i finally managed to get him to send me all of the equipment he had of ours but for some reason he thinks because he filmed these shoots he has to hold on to these documents and videos

the docs/vids were the property of a company he was a part of that has since been dissolved (with his signature on the dissolution), there is no need for him to hold this, the assets are being sold to another company who will be responsible for everything

he has NOTHING to do with this anymore, he needs to just get me this shit and end this crap
