Hit up Nader over at EncoderGuys.com .. I used to work with him on the encoding and they do top notch work.. They've worked with Hustler, Matrix, Hush Money, Micheal Stefano, Shanes World, and a ton of other studios..

Seriously they'll be very competitive and work with you.
