Most processing companies dont check for this kind of thing, they do however in most cases pull such sites processing once they have been notified.

I mean seriously how much "checking" do you need to do to know that these sites are not full of stolen content? http://www.teenagedecadence.com/foru...ctures-43.html http://www.xposing.com/forums/f-pictures-43.html http://www.herselfpics.com/forums/f-pictures-43.html |

It is not just as simple as switching off the processing though. ![]() |

Send CCBILL a DMCA notice when you send one to the site, did not see any of my content on the sites.

Doesn't it require a reasonable number of DMCA notices "within a short time period" in order for them to pull billing?
Sounds ludicrous, but you have to remember that if they start playing police-the-net sooner or later they're going to make a mistake. They're not claiming ignorance, just saying they can't go switching people off at the drop of a hat... |

Send CCBill, the site and the host DMCA's. Enough abuses and CCBill will pull the processing or the host will pull the sites. Also know most of the thieves have other 'regular' sites as well. You can always fight fire with fire ;)

ccbill is not a company that would purposely hide a site like that. Once they get the official notices fro the copyright holder, they turn them off for good.

With CCBill and Epoch you send support proof that you contacted those sites with notices and they didn't respond. Also send over a scan (black out what is needed) that proves you own it. Now just showing proof may get something done from them, I guess it would depend on what is stolen or maybe how much, some factor at least.
"THEN" they will do something about it. Otherwise it's people "thinking" the content is stolen with no proof. I'm not trying to back the sites in question, but if they respond to take down requests, or if nobody is complaining... I don't think they are going to do anything about them based on the theories of Webmasters.
