Do You Have A Bug Out Bag?

I'm doing some shopping to put together a bug out bag. If you've put one together before, can you hook me up with some supplies recommendations?

Some logistical information for any GFY outdoors enthusiasts/survivalists: I'd be traveling ~150 miles on foot through multiple terrains (neighborhoods, wooded areas, and possibly even over bodies of water).

Thanks, I appreciate any and all advice.

I've got a few setups.

Glock 19 with 3 mags
100 rounds 9mm
10 Tuna Packets
Water purify pills
2x travel blankets
titanium knife
3 pairs of socks
rain parka
chemical hand warmers
waterproof matches
flint
lots of zip locks

I also have another add on called a camel bak. Worth every penny, can fill it with water and wont' have to worry about that.
If you are gonna do wood survival, start collecting lint from your dryer. You don't need much to start a fire with it.

Thanks for the recommendations, Anthony! I'll add that stuff to my list (sans Glock).

I forgot the flashlight. I have a LED head flashlight that will hold a light for 80 hours. Also extra batteries.

Good stuff guys, I appreciate your input.

JD, putting together a BOB has been on my to-do list for a little while now and I've decided to finally do it. I'd like to be prepared for any sort of emergency where I'd be required to leave the island and trek upstate. I'm not really a paranoid guy but I'm open to the possibility of some bad shit going down and I'd like to be prepared just in case.

Thanks for the shotgun suggestion. I've read that it would be ideal in this situation since it can do double-duty as protection and for hunting.
