Hit 1000 downloads, which isn't hugely impressive however since they have yet to release it from the sandbox, I am impressed.
Being in the sandbox tags it as "experimental" and forces users to register/login before they can use it. I released it on their site near the end of April.

This extension allows you to ignore users posts, threads and quotes from any vbulletin installation. It also allows you to ignore individual threads without having to ignore the user. You can also highlight users. It also adds a bar at the bottom of your browser with handy vbulletin links, forum and page navigation. It also allows you to put the thread list into the sidebar with reply count and refreshes at regularly custom intervals.

Another extension of mine has hit 500 downloads added at the end of June is also still in the sandbox since it's only version .01 and has yet to be completed.

This extension allows you to view the top 25 albums and releases in your sidebar direct from iTunes RSS feeds. It allows for various album cover sizes.

I know for a fact that both extensions have even more downloads direct from my site but those are not being tracked.
