Actor Sam Bottoms who played pro surfer Lance B. johnson in " Apocalypse Now " died Tuesday of brain cancer at the age of 53.
I had just watched that movie, again, the other night and as a long time surfer I'm always captivated by that surfing scene and try to imagine that actually happening. Thanks Sam for taking part in a memorable moment of cinematic history RIP http://movies.msn.com/movies/article...4789>1=28101 |
