#1 its not stated or implied in the terms and conditions,

#2 every playboy video and magazine is available for free

#3 even the damn playmates are supporting torrent sites.

#4 no content providers seem to be worried about the problem

i think its a very valid question..

when is someone going to have the balls to tackle the question ?

Playboy lost a case a few years ago about this. A girl who has been a playmate is a "playmate" for life. Playboy cannot stop the girls from saying they are former playmates and using that term.

That the girl is a former playmate doesn't imply Playboy's involvement in anything. This is a girl making money doing what she does, being a model... even if she is modeling for a place that rips off all the other people who have paid for her time in the past.

I dont think they are in bed with them,there is no profit in someone giving away your whole site. My theory is they are making money so they are ignoring it,dont want to spend the money to fight it. The problem is by the time it hits their bottom line and they start feeling it, it will be too late.

I say that because when you consider how much video actually goes into making 2000 MGP galleries you start to realize that 3-4 movies from a particular producer/Program is not really breaking the bank. How many of you know dvd bootleggers? I don't know even a single one...

What would you do if you found a video on torrentspy or anywhere else for that matter that wasn't great quality but you liked it alot... probably buy it. I have done it... I am not going to lie... I watched Idiocracy on a video site... not a torrent site but the result would have been the same... I bought it on DVD.
