The recommended dosage with the compounded testosterone gel is 2 ml daily according to the label. No way, that's the kind of thing that a person who doesn't work out might think. One hour a day in the gym is more than enough to get ripped even in middle age if you work out intensely almost every day and most importantly eat a very healthy diet. Anyone who spends more than ninety minutes in the gym who isn't a professional bodybuilder is not using their time efficiently, and is probably wasting time socializing or posing in the mirror.

Well informed post. Congrats on spreading good info in this thread. People have been trained to believe the propaganda that some orgs spread to confuse and control the sheep. People will gobble down pounds of dangerous pills with crazy negative side effects after even being told what will happen, but once they hear steroids they think its the devil. Anyone who thinks sitting around drinking soda, eating chips is better for them than taking the right amount of test and hgh is an ignorant individual.
