Nope I vote for wordpress. With the updates and widgets it is getting more and more user friendly, there are tons of hq free and affordable skins or themes out there... and the script is also free.

Depends on what you're doing. Wordpress is for blogs. If your site has become more than just a blog, you may be ready to move to joomla.
