Will google remove links to rapidshare content???

If I find a link to content of mine on rapidshare/megaupload/etc. is there a way that I can get google to remove that link from their search engine?

For that matter is there a way to request that a copyright name like Delany Decolleur not be shown with any links related to sites such as rapidshare/megaupload/etc?

Thankx.

If you contact them with proof of your rights then I think they would with no problem.
It may take a while for it to happen based on their volume, but I doubt they
want any issues with content/copyright just from some link.

I often see a note in Google searches saying that x number of results have been removed following a complaint to Google. I target gay twinks as search terms and you see it there.

Clearly this an age thing, but if they do it for that, they should do it for other legal issues.

edit: im not seeing it now, but cute twinks brings it up.

"In response to a legal request submitted to Google, we have removed 3 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read more about the request at ChillingEffects.org. "

I doubt Google will remove the links - if you have any luck post about it here. I can't even find a phone number to talk to anybody in Google Legal Dept.

The fact that you don't know a name would be Trademarked and not Copyright leads me to believe you haven't Trademarked the name. Maybe you just wrote it poorly.
