They are my host of choice. Always available to help, and quick as well.

I have yet to see an actual complaint from one of the customers.

Major improvement over my last host. I switched hosts last October and haven't had any problems with them. Plus, their support is always helpful, even when I'm asking them dumb questions.

Yeah PR is good. Me and a few of my clients are hosted there and as far as I know we're all happy.

They did for me. It was CPanel to CPanel, so I guess that's a pretty easy task.

Tickets answering time in 3-5 minutes average

They do not have to bullshit or to brag about things, cause the quality of their hosting speaks for them.
