That story is bullshit.....CEN did not actively recruit these minors. They signed up as webmasters and CEN nor any other sponsor really has any real practical means to verify their age in real time.

The reason I think it's so funny is that you get the sponsor's personal attention real fast when you are sending 200 signups/day LOL... That's why you should never get to know your affiliates on a person a level... Too much risk :p
