I keep seeing his name but have no idea who he really is... a director? What has he done? What I gathered was he was big in the black community?

I agree but unlike eddie he writes for the black market. My mom had got tickets for some black comedy here in atlanta. It would be safe to say we were 5 of the 10 white people in the whole audience. The black people next to me were losing it and we didnt even crack a smile. It was very surreal we left at intermission.

The plays are good watching live but the TV shows are the most coonish and buffonish things I have ever seen in my life and i would rather eat smegma than watch them. His movies have been ok and the best one to me being the family that preys with kathy bates...bottom line is if you like negro mammie style of comedy then its right up your alley
