It's 10mbps based on the industry standard 95th percentile method (which is how all hosts are billed by their providers as well). aight i see how a scaled bandwidth could make sence but dosent repeat traffic especially on a large file screw this up quiet a bit.. but still the same i guess ya have to fight for the uniques.
