when you start google bombing and scraping make sure you use your most valuable domains. its the only way it works and the results are the best when you use your most prized domains.

What you asked about was stealing serps, which has nothing to do with scraping.

In fact scraping would not be the best way to 'steal serps'.

Stealing a serp just means that I took the spot from someone that used to be there before. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Search_engine_results_page ) .
