There are no laws against selling information for profit, companies do it all of the time.
I would also expect that you should be required to prove that Sands got the information from ETU-Cash as your making an accusation about the program without proof. He never stated where he got the information and he very well could of got it many places. I know he made no post of offering such in any capacity as an affiliate rep or for the company.

I have the full right to privacy, and not sure about USA, but it is very serious breach, especially if conducted by a commercial entity.

Second is have you even verified that it is your personal information or could he just be yanking your chain?
