Anyone watch Kings? I checked it out cause Ian McShane from Deadwood is in it. It's one of the most pointless pieces of crap on network television yet and that's saying lot. It's written like a Saturday morning cartoon about dictatorships, or like "the OC goes to Iraq" or something. Who pulls this shit out of their ass and what fucking studio exec greenlights it. I can't help wondering if these deals are made with someone holding a gun to someone's head. I'm going to shit all over myself if this piece of crap is succesful.

They paid $10million for the pilot and the episodes they have filmed so far were $4million each. Ben Silverman will probably be looking for a new job soon.
