Guess I'm going to have to break out the EmergenC, Airborne, VitaminB and the rest of that stuff early.

just starting to feel the tickle in the ear canals and back of the throat
ran out and got some coldFX and vitamin C to go along with the Vicks Vapo Rub for the soles of my feet (at bedtime)

eat some kiwi fruit for breakfast and have some tomatoes with lunch, lots of vitamin C naturally. Tea with lemon and honey, etc etc.

Sorry to hear that feeling under the weather, hope you get well soon as I know what it's like to be sick when attending a show.....I was sick during Webmaster Access last year in LA.
