http://www.888.com by far the best. I think their CPA is $150 per sign up. Go to http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com they have a forum that can help you find good converting online casinos to promote.

also by the way Party Poker doesn't accept US players. So you will have geo target your players you bring to their poker room.

don't trust casinoaffiliateprograms.com at all. Try affiliateguarddog.com which lists all the programs based on reputation and will expose a program that has predatory terms to try to rip you off. 888 and party partners have been known to change their terms and conditions to not pay you shit if you don't refer minimum 1 player per month.
