Cut & Paste on a few boards to get as much feedback as possible

Been with BangBros a few years now, since around 2005, and had 2 accounts with them, after asking first if there was a way to set a campaign to track adwords sales, and being told the best way was to create a 2nd account.

Lost my login details for both accounts after a HDD crash in 2008, and after a bit of to-ing and froing, retrieved both sets of details.

Noticed today one of the accounts as having the red square in statsremote, and found I was getting this message:

"Your login is correct, but your account has not yet received final approval.
Your account has been banned"

Sent an email asking what the problem was, and recieved:

"To reactivate this account we require that you verify your ID with us. You can do this by sending us a copy of your passport or license to affiliates @ bangbrosonline.com"

Sent my passport scan, asked what the problem was, and stated my other account was active, to get the reply:

"Sorry but we are unable to reactivate your account. from a business standpoint we cannot reopen your accounts."

To which I checked my other account, and sure enough, they've shitcanned that one also lol.

I'm a bit stumped by this, and can only assume it's for 'fraud', which is from what I've read on various boards over the years, the only issue that elicits such a non-explanatory response to an inquiry as to why an account has been terminated.

Anyone else had issues with them?

I just checked out my account and its also been shitcanned! Got my partner to check hers ... yep shitcanned! Checked a few of the boards and ppl I know and 80% of them have lost their accounts too. Seems to fit a pattern .... all of them non US wm's.

Not that I was sending a lot of traffic, and not that many sales either but this reminds me of the trannypay fiasco.

I can't log into my account either, I didn't actively promote them, however it seems they are using the excessive charge back excuse just to get rid of accounts.

In fact look on other boards this definately isn't a one off with people losing accounts due to charge backs, even on accounts that haven't sent a sale in a few months.

Looks rather suspicious to me!

All i know i had no sales for 5 moths! And as i remember in that time i had to verified my acc cause my payment was blocked for that period! And i did! I send my documents to Steve, they send my payment! And that's it! After that nothing! 5 months no sales! Not one! And there is traffic still rolling! Im gone wait for few more days and after that move my links of what ever!!!

first off, as many as i know out there in the webmaster world and what not, i don't have everyone memorized by their board name and affiliate id. for many to really address any issues, i need to know your actual id because it may seem like its one individual problem for everyone but its not. i have to look into everyone one by one.

yes we did recently upgrade our software. it was done with the intention of making everyone's life easier. so it could be a problem there, or it could be something else. like i said, you have to get in touch with me and i'll do my best to see what is going on and try to address it.

i'm on icq at 438528520 and by email at [email protected]. do be aware, yes some people were terminated and it will stay that way. its not like we wake up, bored, and decide to terminate people. some of the reasons you guys are speaking of, such as we just don't want to pay people out, are simply not true. we are fair and pay you out as long as it is justified. we have nothing to gain by ripping webmasters off.

dark, i don't know quite why you are on this. we just talked on icq, and i'm manually going through your links to make sure there isn't something not tracking cause of that. i'm also going as deep into our processors as i can. if that doesn't work, i'll find another solution. the thing is, i ALWAYS help you out.

i'd honestly would rather have all of you msg me privately because everyone has different issues, and i don't want to have to recheck this thread every 5 mins while i take on a bunch of different things.

You are stealing webmaster traffic by not telling them they are termed. So you get to keep the traffic and sign ups and you hope they never figure out what happened.
