Domains and Trademarks Question - GoFuckYourself.com

I think I remember that domains like somecompanynamesuck.com is OK as long as you don't profit from it right?
I believe there are a couple of decisions about it but I can not find them

I got screwed over by a company and I don't have the time to go through the consumer protecting agency here in Denmark because it can take a couple of years but I know I am right and I have used this tactic in the past with great success.
Just want to make sure I am doing everything correctly.

Short story
Buy laptop.
Motherboard breaks
Motherboard repaired but laptop is returned with damaged LCD (scratch, dead pixel, dirt behind glass) I suspect they also replaced the monitor with an already faulty one.
Company says it will take another 4 weeks on top of the 3 weeks it have already taken, not an option leaving the country for a few months and need the lap top next week.
Michael is pissed off and want it fixed now or satisfaction.

If you're request is verifiable and documented, and against the policies / terms they're offering it shouldn't be any issue, as far as I'm concerned.
