Why do i have to scan my cc to buy traffic?
Im too lazy who the fuck still uses scanners anyways and that STILL does not prove the identity of the person sending it in

It's annoying but it's probably a good indication of how much webmaster fraud levels have increased in the past few years. Scanning proves you have the card in your physical possession, and you're not just copying the number off a list you found on a carding forum.......

Very true Rowan. I'm very careful who I accept credit cards from. It's *almost* too much of a pain; several times I've considered not bothering to accept them anymore.
