Using windows search to find text in php files? - GoFuckYourself.com

Out of the box windows does not search inside php files for text or strings. Does anyone have a fix/workaround for this?

this is something I'm interested in too. Here's a bump so it doesn't fall to the third page before we get an answer

Dreamweaver have that option.

It's impractical to open a few thousand or more php files in dreamweaver to find a few that might contain the search string.

They don't need to be open to search them. There is a dropdown to search either open documents, or folders.
