I don't agree. A lot of that online stuff can be done in photoshop anyway, which most designers should have.
Otherwise just looks like a generic list used to get to front page of digg.com

Not to come across like a design douche but that list is pretty weak. Background generators? Seriously.. and that rounded corner site spits out horrible code. Maybe it's a decent beginners toolkit.
