Test Driving Java Developers
So I am thinking about hiring a new Java developer but I want to test drive his ability first (I've already checked his past work and it seems ok). Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? I want to give him a quick but challenging task to make sure he can code...
Opinions are appreciated!
