I need a good video chat app for a single girl site, open source would be nice and the ability to add as a plug in or integrate into the design of the current site is a plus.

basically I want her to be able to use her webcam while chatting with the members. Of course this should work as a members only feature but Id like to be able to offer to non members as well.

so if this isn't a pay-per-view/minute type of thing and you just want to have video cam chat I recommend visichat - http://www.gchats.com/products/24_visichat.html

It will run on red5 (free) and the developer will help you set it up for free if you have any problems. All you have to do is email him.

I have had it running on a swinger community I run with no problems for quite awhile now.

Have you ever tested the upper limits on how many concurrent viewers you can have?
