a) really great rates
b) sales tools that would give me a market advantage
c) top notch customer support
d) a great affiliate tracking system that matched anything else in the industry
e) personal guarantees backed by the principles that in case iBill defaulted I could take one testicle (or labia lip) from every member of the board of iBill

What do you think the ibill folks did with all of the money? Was it the executives paying for a daughter's wedding...the sales staff stuffing what they could into their pockets on a sinking ship....20k here and 100k there really adds up. The rebills is where they had everyone really fucked.
