It's been one of those hectic days where nothing goes right or I would have responded sooner -

I never could prove who wrote the letter or I would have pressed charges - the neighbors would have presses charges (or filed complaints) too because the fool used the mailbox without sending the letters through the mail - last I checked, that's a violation of postal regulations.

The city has no bans or permits for such activity - so basically, if you insure it's screened from the public, you're as protected as you can get. That said, there is always the chance that the cops will be knocking on my door during a shoot - I gust hope that aren't intimidated by my ability to talk with them and maintain a hardon.......

I have a very good attorney and we sit down every few months and go over the risks of working in this business. We always laugh that the best thing for sales would be to have Focus On The Family picketing in front of my house - he always says, "if those fuckers show up on your porch, call CNN - after all, you could never buy exposure like that".

Bottom line is it's not forbidden here as long as it's not in public - of course, we all know that that doesn't mean it's "allowed" either. And a fucktard for a DA can keep these things in court a lot longer than most of us can afford to defend against - even if we are right. And there is NO local case law so if it's the city or county DA - they will be forging ahead on new territory.

Anyway - I was cleaning my office and found the letter last night and I just had to share it. Thanks for all the positive feedback - and even the warnings - they are all appreciated.

Reminds me of a lady who once told me, that I shouldn't be wearing skirts to work in the cosmetics department, as I might be giving them "men" a chance to catch a glimse. LMAO!

I told her that, I think most "men" seemed to be more interested in my pantyhose, and it's a dillards department store rule to wear them everyday. The look on her face was priceless.
