What does a rebilling customer of 15 months have to do before you kick him out?
Part of an icq conversation with a friend earlier, with how hard it is to get/retain a member, what does a member have to do before you kick him off your site?
(9:43:59 AM) XXXXXX: No I just want to get him out of our network, he is way too annoying (9:44:21 AM) XXXXXX: His account expires in 3 days but I want to get out faster lol (9:46:36 AM) XXXXXX: He is very noisy, he will complain and complain and complain (9:47:09 AM) XXXXXX: We got 40 exclusive updates a week accross our sites (9:47:24 AM) XXXXXX: And he always leaves comments that we rip our customers off clients lol (9:48:40 AM) XXXXXX: I could have earned 10 times more if I would have added crossales 4 years ago and I am really getting pissed about such things ![]() (9:50:05 AM) XXXXXX: the funny shit is that he was rebilled like 15 times (9:52:45 AM) XXXXXX: Thats I t, I am not sure if this is so big problem ![]() |

refund and blacklist him. That's what i would do, if he post stupid comments and convinces other members to think about "beeing ripped" by not getting enough updates..
