Good resources for learning Premier Pro?

I recently got a canon hg21, and I need to learn Premier Pro. Anyone have any recommendations for good books, online sources, etc, to learn it?

"Premiere Pro for Dummies" is a good book for a beginner. And the forums online at Adobe, Creative Cow and DVInfo (.net) are good resources for questions too.
