Actually, bringing it ended up being a positive thing because we learned from Shap that if you're an all around awesome person you will not be automatically excluded for not having one.

i'd wager shap already knew that, yet still posted the requirement here.

any *all around awesome person* with the skill set to reply to the advert would already know they would make the short list without the degree req met.
