Won't argue with that. But by monkey I mean a guy with a BA, very good English and willingness to work hours in sweat.

Because they don't speak perfect English doesn't mean they're not qualified. I have a coder who speaks very broken English and he can code circles around me. I've been at it over 12 years now and I am not ashamed to admit that he's infinitely better than I am. I pay him by the project and sometimes a new Xbox game costs more than paying him for a couple of days of work.
