I need a cost-effective option for cms that will manage both the member's areas, as well as the tours of my sites.

Any ideas?

I like sitedepth.com myself and it's the only one I've used since 2005

Yeh! SiteDepth is simple but nice and lightweight. PaysiteCMS is feature rich but a bit big and clunky.
