Can anyone explain me NEON DOLLARS refunds?

I have never seen any program doing so many refunds.
Honestly it's the first time I see refunds being done...

Maybe it's their tactic to take the reccuring members and don't pay us? LOL

Because I see same person doing more than one purchase and all his money being "refunded"....

Why other cam sites don't do that? Why other porn sites don't do that?

Why neon dollars need to do that?

At one point, I had a bunch of chargebacks from them also. Never had anything like this from any other program, so instantly I felt something was up with it.

When I asked about the chargebacks, I was told "we dont know, bank pulled it back with stolen cc susp.". OK fine, but why weren't all 19 sales from this user charged back, instead of only 6, if it was a stolen card? And why was 1 listed as credit and the rest chargeback, if it was a stolen card?

Sadly, chargebacks can hit at any time up to 6 months after the transaction, (and in extremely rare cases evn longer) and it is not unusual for them to hit you in little batches although sometimes you get "lucky" and some from same customer are not reversed.

I am guessing, (because we have no affiliation or association with that site) that the refunds are transactions that they themselves or their processors have flagged as suspect, AFTER they were approved, and they have refunded them prior to them being charged back in an attempt to minimise chargebacks (that sites are penalised for more).

Whatever the case, I am sorry for your loss. Chargebacks are theft, pure and simple.

This is exactly what they said.

But what a fuck, why I haven't ever seen any other program doing that? Only they?
