It's happened to me twice. The first time was pimpfool, he got a warning for it but later got banned for calling someone else the same thing.

The other guy was someone who usually posted on another board who came here and insinuated it about me to prove some point, and promptly got banned for it.

You really have to consider where it's coming from, and what kind of a piece of trash one has to be to accuse someone falsely of something like that. The really sad thing is all the other lowlifes here who champion these assholes and say they "miss" them when they're banned.

Ok, that was an honest answer. Maybe I should have phrased it a bit differently with my hypo question, but at the time I was not to pleased with his antics. This is not the first time he has gone off on ICQ, and this was crossing the line as far as I am concerned.

And I did contact our attorney...waiting to hear back from him. I am sure nothing can be done at this point, but it is always good to have this sort of information on file.
