Epoch - Bunch of bankdenial on 29/07?

Anybody else noticed a bunch of bank denial on July 29?

Support received a dozen of emails of members asking why they could not log in the last few days... and they were all canceled on July 29 with the note "bnkd" by system.

This is a bit frustrating since it does not seems to be a customer issue, but processor issue with members rebilling at $30/$60.

First time I see this happen in a few years.

I have had a few emails the past few days of new join denials... people saying they can not join but their cards are fine... I never been contacted with that issue as far as I can remember then just the past few days I have more than one person contact us about this. Two of whom said they called our biller and were told their card is fine... But this could be a error on the customers part (incorrect info typed in, etc), but its odd that they are within the same time period and not common to see.

Uh, you can not cascade a rebill from processor X to processor Y.
