There are TWO different Intel processors with the ID of E6300?
Core 2 Duo E6300, 1.86GHz, 2MB cache, 65nm, Conroe, 1066MHz, 65W
Pentium Dual-Core E6300, 2.80GHz, 2MB cache, 45nm, Wolfdale, 1066MHz, 65W Which genius at Intel decided to give them the same ID? I didn't even realise until I was checking a processor list (AFTER my purchase) that there were two... I asked for an E6300 and got the second one.  |

Yeah, I think I'd prefer the Wolfdale. ;) Encryption overhead on an E2200 chokes a RAID array with a raw read speed of 240Mbytes/sec+ to around 30-40Mbytes/sec once it's decrypted. Hopefully an E6300 can push it up a bit.
