Matters like this, only regarding your account are solved in private situations. PM / Support. Matters that serve a public purpose, like showing a new practice of a sponsor that is not ok and affects ALL affiliates are done on GFY normally. In time this could mean a PM / SUPPORT situation does not make you happy, you can still decide to go to GFY also, but time lines for this are way larger then 3 days.
