my mate lives in a city.

where he lives on a night pe4ople go there and have sex on a night.

he lives in a uk town in the city, close to nightclubs and pubs (bars).

now its legal to put cctv on your house, but we thought is it possible to have a live feed people pay to see, and also how legal it would be. and if its legal whats the best equipment and way to do it.

Private CCTV must have a notice up informaing people if they are being recorded.

Also as legal as it is to record them I think the problem would come with distribution.

given that the police record all sorts of shit and sell it on to tv stations, and can do because everything was recorded in public places, I'd say reselling people having sex is legal. Especially if it's a live feed
