I'll tell ya. The fiesta wore out for me after about a year. I go out a lot still, but I haven't really partied hard for months. I got burned out on the Colombianas, and am really looking for a normal relationship at this point.

Where to live? Man, that's a very tough question. It's so subjective. Depends on what you want to do and how you want to live.

If you wanted to party and screw hookers all the time, while working from home, and on a bit of a budget, I'd say the Philippines would be killer. After that, Thailand.

To work in a fast paced, modern environment, and live well, with no real budget to worry about, I'd say Hong Kong, Tokyo or Shanghai. I was in Shanghai in 1985, and would love to see it now. I've watched some documentaries on it, and it's absolutely amazing. There is so much high tech moving in that it's crazy. You could live in China on a serious budget, it's very cheap to live. But, to live WELL, you need bucks. Hong Kong and Tokyo are just plain expensive.

Buenos Aries does sound pretty good. It truly has everything you could want.

Medellin, Colombia is probably my favorite city in the world. I'd love to retire there someday. However, the business environment is not geared towards foreigners. It would be very hard to be accepted in the biz community. It's the most beautiful place I've been, as far as cities go, and the climate is fantastic. It can be dangerous, but so can any big city.

If you want to invest money in real estate, Panama is probably going to be a fantastic market (again) in about 6 months to a year. Thousands of condos are about to go online, and there's already a lot of them unoccupied. Prices are already dropping, and should plummet in the next 6 months or so.

Argentina got hit hard, and it's just starting to come back up. There are probably good deals there now, though I've not visited and can't really say.

One thing about Buenos Aires for me is the distance... I like being able to be in Florida in 2 hours if I need to be. Panama City is a huge hub for international travel. Argentina is pretty damn far away.

Of course compared to places like Thailand or the Phillipines it's nothing, but I like being semi-close to civilization that's all
