We keep a log of these and some of em are crazy,,,,

Some people are "out there"
Customer: I really enjoyed this book and got it for a great price. It was especially important to me because some of my ancestors were named in the book. It will be handed down to my children. Response: This is great to hear and we are very happy that you enjoyed the book  |

Best is the idiots that order stuff for inmates and gets refused and they blame us ...
"this package was sent Via internet by me to another location , the Virginia beach city jail. so depending on how your company packaged it it could have been refused. but they received other books from other senders." Response: you sent a hardcover book to a prison... that is against prison policies. (we get alot of shit sent back from correctional facilities it is very hard for any order to get to the actual prisoner without issues |
