An associate of mine is creating a webcam amateur site and he insists on having honest to goodness talent both male and female. But without a base of "cammers" it will be hard for them to move forward. He tells me that he's having hard time finding places where to find these girls/guys or where to advertise to get them on board.

You guys happen to know where he would most likely find good people?

I doubt anybody will give that info up. I won't.

What I will say is that it's no different than recruiting for traditional porn. So, think about where you'd look for people if you were shooting a video and go there.

Good luck (I sincerely mean that). It's not the easiest thing in the world but it's also not the hardest ... especially during a recession.

Word of advice: Be prepared to deal with a ton of flakes.
